Refund Policy

RETURNS

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your package. If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an e-mail to: info@waltrix.se with your order number and the reason why you want to make a return. After that, we will send you a return slip and a form that must be filled in for the return to be approved. Return postage is added, which you as the customer must pay.
2. The products that are returned must be in original condition, unbroken packaging and unused, and have any tags remaining.
3. When we receive the return, we will make a refund within 14 days. We always make an assessment of the returned goods - if the product is broken, scratched, used or delayed it will affect the refund.

Please return the products you do not want to keep and follow steps 1-3 under the RETURNS heading and place a new order for what you want.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
