Returns
You can return a product within 14 days after receiving your package. If you want to make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to: info@waltrix.se with your order number and the reason why you want to make a return. After that, we will send you a return label and a form that must be filled out for the return to be approved. Return postage will be at your expense.

  2. The returned products must be in original condition, unopened packaging, unused, and with any tags still attached.

  3. Once we have received the return, we will process a refund within 14 days. We always assess the returned goods - if the product is damaged, scratched, used, or delayed, it will affect the refund.

Do you want to exchange a product?
Please return the products you do not wish to keep and follow steps 1-3 under the "RETURNS" heading, then place a new order for what you desire.

Damages and issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
