Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at info@waltrix.se.

Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 3-7 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday after. If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us via email at info@waltrix.se.

Prices

All prices in the store are include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and errors in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive an ordered item.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you are canceling. The message should be sent to us at info@waltrix.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return applies to should be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal message.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be well packaged and in their original packaging.
Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product in the case of used or damaged products.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.
- Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products, specifically tailored to you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines..

Complaints and issues

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error at no cost to you. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?
Any faults and defects should always be reported toinfo@waltrix.se, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
If we fail to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

Limitation of liability

We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product information

We reserve the right for any typos on this website and product out of stock. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as some color variation may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to showcase the products as accurately as possible.

Warranty

All Waltrix products are sold with a 1 year warranty. The warranty is active from the day the product is sent from us. If you've purchased a product from a reseller their terms of service apply.
